At the corner, south apartment, 2501 Commerce Street, unit 825. He's on the balcony, possibly shooting an airsoft gun or a BB gun at transients towards Street. The caller has a video of him doing this as well. It's a white male, 30s, 6 foot thin, no shirt, underwear.
