Apartment 2330 Yakima Court, unit 103 C Charles. This occurred within the last five minutes out in the parking lot. There's a male subject who kicked the RP's dog and was arguing with her. The RP's unsure if they're still there or not. It was an Asian male, late 20s, 5'6", medium-build, black hair, gray shirt, capris, or shorts, and associated with possibly a pickup truck.
