Bay Terrace Apartments, 2505 Court G George. The caller says there's a non-resident female that's now sitting on the steps after being on one of the residence floors. I'm not sure how she accessed that. The caller says she has mental health history and can be violent, but didn't specify how. Black female, 20, 5'6", medium build, black hair, black hoodie, gray sweatpants, and cross.
