Alright, it's going to be 75 and Chester. 75 and Chester. Got a call, check for a male in the street. Black male, 50-years-old, neck tattoo, gray sweatshirt, blue pants, black shoes. Apparently he keeps walking in and out of the street. EMS saw him when they were going to another call. CAD is 7966.
