033. I have a deceptive practice in progress, Ardmore and Sheridan. Billy states there's four male blokes running a scam for a fake charity, asking for credit card donations. One offender is a male black, black fedora hat, white polo shirt, dark shorts. The second is a female black, jane shorts and sandals. They might be walking up and down the trail. That's all I have. 10-4.
