33. All right, this is coming in as a mental health disturbance, 4747 West Berenice. 4747 West Berenice. Says a female White walking eastbound the alley is yelling, pushing over garbage cans and a porta-potty. Caller believes she's in a mental health crisis. Shaved head, glasses, scabs all over her face, long black trench coat. Eastbound in the alley, possibly heading towards Aldi. No weapons seen. 10-4.
