I was on the scene. Do not know the details. One firetruck, one marked police car, one unmarked, and a civilian sedan at the Exhale Smoke Shop. Cicero and Addison. They have left the scene the firetruck returning to the fire station on Belmont @ lamon near Foreman High School. Whatever the cause or purpose it is seemingly resolved.

Okay if they were at the smoke shop it could be that there was another robbery at a smoke shop somewhere else so maybe they were getting on top of it I don't know cuz they were afraid it was a robbery??
