There MUST BE AN AGE RE TEST FOR DRIVING!!!! This is a constant and wide spread issue. Read the statistic on how many drivers over 80 are killing people in the last year alone. There should be tests at 70 forward for every decade at minimum! Enough! If I was the family I would sue the state DMV for issuing this license.
