From Hot to Rainy to Hot humid and I have shelter, but for homeless individuals they have no other options, but dealing with the weather changes outdoors and alone
There is no one to blame. The situation presents itself it is so sad the families of the homeless are th ones to be responsible and try to get them off the streets thru any means available. Can’t just blame one person. Some don’t want help or shelters they like there living arrangements even tho the danger is out there. Freedom to do what they want. Sad for the person condolences and RIP
