Complainant advised that their vehicle was hit by another vehicle. Driver briefly got out and argued with the complainant and then took off. Time lapse of 5 minutes. Suspect vehicle, black truck, last seen headed northbound, and the driver was a male in his 20s, 5'8", thin-build. Further as I get, 1525.
