Information on the take is provided by FHP advising there was a male on a bike that fell over on the pedestrian overpass of I-275. Had no other description. FHP did not know what side the male was on. Was advising he was not possibly getting up, possibly a down situation. We attempted to call the original complainant to get further at 1438.
