Per the caller, the male guest paid for the bill, and then the caller asked his date if she wrote the note and she denied it. Guest should be a female, White, 5'5", heavy-build, blonde hair, wearing a multicolored shirt. Male, White, 5'8", heavy-build, bald, wearing a gray button-down shirt. They're walking towards Union Station. Prior to this, the male guest threw a plate at a server. Nothing further.
