I live on block and walked over to ask someone who was leaving the restaurant. They said someone was high and jumped out of a window from the apartments above. They then proceeded to go into the restaurant and act high and weird. By the time I was there the fellow was in an ambulance.
Yikes. Hope all involved are okay.
