Anaheim County? Correct me if I'm wrong, but we don't have one of those
Right!?
Lifeguards are continuously scanning the water, but all children in water should always have a parent/guardian IN the water with them — this is basic water safety education. Best responder is an adult standing/swimming next to the child.
Just drove by, emergency responders were all over. I pray and hope they find the missing child.
Where are the parents
