I have a report of a traffic hazard, Eastwater, 2nd Street, Eastwater at 2nd Street. Reference to a light flashing red in all directions, and the pedestrian light's not working at all. My checks with CDR, they're not, they're not aware of any scheduled outages, but they're going to call out their tech. They're just requesting we go there. Base, those, those lights are usually on flash during the nighttime. That's a regular occurrence.
