You're responding to 507 East Main Street. It's going to be the Charlottesville Office of Human Equity. The water fountain is leaking and the caller believes that an unhoused man had tampered with it. Suspect's going to be a white male in his 50s with rough-looking pants and a t-shirt and a beard.
