Information for units on 8th for a shoplift in Frank sector at the Ulta, 2600 South of Barney Street. A shoplifter who stole seven fragrance kits. They do have a tracking device on it. Last known at North Olson Place Southwest from Roxbury going northbound. Unknown if there's a new vehicle involved, but the suspect is going to be a dark-skinned male, 30-years-old, 5'8", light olive green jacket, red shirt underneath, brown pants, pink backpack, and orange Ulta bag. Just information for units at this time.
