I asked if they talked him down because I couldn’t see him up there anymore and the fireman said he “Couldn’t talk about it” and I said “Well is he still on the bridge?” He answered “Yes, he is still on the bridge…”, but he wasn’t visible and the police and fire vehicles were leaving and they weren’t blocking access to underneath the bridge anymore.
