VP of gas, 50901 Gratiot Avenue. Caller says it was a hit-and-run. The vehicle sped out of the parking lot, hit some barriers, and think they went westbound on 23 Mile, and the caller has a video of it. It was possibly a Honda with a plate of 6 Paul Sam Frank 13. Caller's going to be waiting in a gray Ford F-150.
