Panda Express, 50972 Gratiot Avenue. There's a white female sitting in a white Nissan with a plate Edward X-ray Union 6411. Caller says she's been in the lot for over 30 minutes with her head down on her chest. Appears to be sleeping and there's food open in her lap. Looks like she is breathing.
