Is there a unit that can assist Metro PD up at the Metro Health, Cleveland Heights in the E.D.? There's a Black male in a blue shirt, blue track pants, short dreads. He was causing a disturbance in room 9. Now he's refusing to leave. They're currently in the lobby with him.
