418 Tom, 8242 North Black Canyon, room 1422. Subject's been in a verbal with the manager. It's going to be a Hispanic male in his 40s, 5'9 to 6 foot, 180 to 200 pounds, black shirt over black pants, no known weapons. It's up to JVB employee at 1760. Are there units to follow?
