🙏 I'm praying for this all involved. This person likely wasn't seen due to the low profile medical wheelchair. Even wheelchairs with the flags are at risk if they aren't across when the light changes. Even in the beat scenario, when drivers are focused on the roadways and lights & tall vehicles, it would obstruct any view of this type of device in the crosswalk. How incredibly sad. 🙏
