Units on channel, be advised. We have three juveniles on dirt bikes in the area of the pier, 802 Avenue Northeast. Complainant believes they're going over 100 miles per hour, almost hitting people. No weapons. Last seen headed northbound on Bayshore towards Vinoy Park. Two white males on red dirt bikes and one black male on a black dirt bike. Further, if I get it, 2133.
