Base to 842, 877. Can you check the area of 8th Avenue and 4th Street? There's an alley there next to WHL, Brady. I have a report of a black vehicle, two-door, with a male and female having a verbal argument. Nothing physical observed. This was a white male, no shirt, he was sitting on the curb, and either a white or Hispanic female just having a verbal argument, competed, concerned for their safety.
