She was on her scooter in the crosswalk crossing Northern. Unfortunately she couldn’t make it to the other side before the lights turned green. The car that hit her just didn’t see her as she was in front of the car to the left of him. It was purely an accident. The cop was there on site. He was two cars behind at the light.

This is a bad spot for pedestrian accidents
That intersection didn't used to have a light. The only reason they put it there is because years ago my neighbor got hit crossing the street so someone called the city and complained.
She was on her scooter in the crosswalk crossing Northern. Unfortunately she couldn’t make it to the other side before the lights turned green.
