Going to be 83 East South Street. Caller stated that there's a loud explosion. Everyone's out in the parking lot. Sounds like it may have come from the area of Taco Bell. At the time, two juveniles were running away. One with a bowl cut, wearing a white shirt and cappies. The other's wearing a black shirt with black shorts. Their RP's going to be in the parking lot wearing a blue Magellan shirt with pink hair and black shorts.Unit 4, show me en route.
