Going to be 800 East South Street. Caller stated that they heard a loud explosion. Everyone's out in the parking lot. Sounds like it may have come from the area of Taco Bell. At the time, two juveniles were running away, one with a bowl cut wearing a white shirt and khakis, the other wearing a black shirt with black shorts. Their RP is going to be in the parking lot wearing a blue Magellan shirt with pink hair and black shorts.
