18.300 North 1st Street in Dunlap, in front of the building. Can you check for a white male wearing a blue robe and orange and black pajama pants who's standing in the middle of the street talking to himself? He has something in his right hand, but they can't tell what it was. Possibly having some mental issues. He's not moving for traffic.
