North Park, Dunlap, 524 North 2nd Street, see Breon Clark. He's waiting in the end of the parking lot in a blue Mercedes. His child's mom, Teresa Shelley, just took their child without permission, custody violation, possibly left in a white Ford sedan with black rims, unknown direction of travel. She did want to take the child for ice cream, but the caller said no.
