We got a theft just occurred, 71 West Monroe at Italian Village Restaurant. 71 West Monroe. She was in a restaurant with her purse on the chair. Individual went inside of her purse and stole her wallet. The restaurant has footage and an image of the offender, who's still in the area using her card just now, made a purchase at Ulta Beauty for $671. Still in the area attempting to use her card. That's all I got.
