Also, units to the board in 18, simulcast was busy. Theft in progress, 121 West Kinsey at CVS Pharmacy. They're stating a male shoplifting, harassing customers and staff. Male black with an afro, blue jacket, black pants, carrying a backpack. Nothing further.
