Only in the Ingleside 2 at Portola and Twin Peaks. The 916 occurred 15 to 20 ago. RP was involved in a road rage incident. Vehicle was attempting to merge into the RP's 4-ton Ram truck. RP was concerned because there's a child in the vehicle. RP was screaming at the, the driver was screaming at the RP. White color or white unknown make coupe vehicle. Driver's a white male, 20s, wearing a white or pink top, no weapons. Passenger was a 10-year-old child last seen eastbound Portola and Foley.
