Units, information on a reckless driver, Wales at Fargo, last seen on Wales toward Natoma, four ago now. It's for an iridescent Jaguar. It's got a wrap that has gold, purple, and pink in it with a loud exhaust, a large black bumper, and rear wing. Ongoing issue with this vehicle, revving its engine, and the RP believes the exhaust is illegal. Again, it was Wales and Fargo, last seen on Wales toward Natoma, four ago.
