units pending a traffic collision, unknown injuries, East Bidwell and Wales, called in by a witness. Nothing from the involved parties yet. Both vehicles are off the roadway. The RP didn't think there were any injuries but was concerned. And there was a second RP to that too that did not witness, just saw the vehicles pulled over. Also pending a passive welfare check on a grandmother. 11, I'm 10-8, no one heard of the crash. 10-4.
