13, get an assault just occurred, 79 and Jeffrey. You got a 12-year-old male calling, stating that a female Black tried to put her hands on the collar. Offender has on a black, black jeans, gray shirt, light-complected. Offender's at the hair salon per this ticket. The caller is wearing a yellow shirt, black pants, no shoes, no fur.
