So, the victim said that he was delivering food at that location. That's when a male Black with a mask on came up to him and told him to give me your and give me the food. That's when he gave him the items, and he proceeded to shoot him. The victim said it's casings inside of his vehicle also. Yeah, 313 found a casing. It happened outside, even where it's constructed.
