2017, 2042 for L1 to guess. 17. That's a Luna, 219 Ferry Street. Caller's reporting in the back parking lot connected to the post office, they saw someone loitering. States it's an ongoing issue of people hanging out there and drinking. Currently one male, about 30 years old, dark black baggy clothing. Caller does not need to speak to police. He's probably at the restaurant closing it. 10-4.
