86, 2047 for a drug investigation. 86. Scott Park, 128 Larry Holmes Drive. Caller's reporting that there's someone squatting in the green porta-potty near the statue of Larry Holmes, and the caller found a crack pipe there as well. They're currently locked inside the porta-potty and there's fumes of smoke coming out. Caller does not need to speak to police, but can call if needed. 10-4.
