Got a battery just occurred, Canal and Madison. Caller says that there was four males all wearing ski masks. One of them had on a black Nike Tech, the other one had on gray Nike Tech. They swung on him, he dropped his backpack and phone, and he wants police to go back with him to get his belongings.
