I have a call coming in, 1710 Harper Road at Raleigh General. Staff member is requesting to speak to officers. They had a male subject that was having mental-emotional issues and threatening staff. He wouldn't cooperate with them. He's currently just outside of the door. They're requesting to speak to an officer.
