I have a report of a possible disturbance in the area of the Smart Hotel, 1999 Harper at Beckley. Complainant advised, it sounds like there's possibly an intoxicated female outside near the dumpsters. She hasn't seen anything, but can only hear it. She heard a female saying, come at me, and cursing.
