We've got a one priority at the target, 7600 North Blackstone. RP believes that someone is walking with a gun in their pants. A white male, blue flannel in jeans, holding a box, but he's walking like, again, it's in his pant leg. No gun was seen. He's insisting that's the way he's walking, that he has to have something in his pant leg.
