It's going to be 348 South Cherry Street. 348 South Cherry to be handled public service. PR advised that a tool was taken from his trailer and a concrete block was placed under his vehicle by a neighbor. No damage at this time to the vehicle, but the PR did advise that this is an ongoing issue with a neighbor due to mental instability.
