1050 PD, occurred in front of 801 South Main Street. 801 South Main Street, in front of Cagney's. Your PR is a passerby. She's not involved, but she stated she saw a white pickup truck, rear end a red pickup truck at the stoplight. The red pickup truck pulled to the side. However, the white pickup truck kept driving towards Lowe's Home Improvement. She stated a 28 on it. All she could get off of it was a 0926. It looked like a, maybe a temporary tag, as if the vehicle was just purchased.
