610, start for a theft at 3214 Sequeira Road near West Central Avenue at the Popeye's Louisiana Chick Kitchen. We have a male caller, James, reporting someone just stole his puppy outside of the location and it was chained up. Caller is now stating that a young kid with a ski mask came into the location, asked the caller if it was his dog, and then walked back outside. It was a brown pit bull, approximately 10 months old. 3214 Sequeira Road, 610. Monroe and Gasser.
