Cars don't stop
I understand some folks are disabled, but this intersection is one of the most dangerous in the USA. It’s daily panhandling it’s awful. I wish they would ban panhandling. Because I believe that most aren’t homeless or need money panhandling is their job. And to be honest I think the panhandling causes a lot of the accidents in this area. I pray that whomever was struck is ok. 🙏🏽
Toledo's panhandling laws were cut back years ago the most police can do any more is say move on and in most cases they come right back or move to another location
