Central 2, Station 2, for a medical on the corner of Madison and Columbus, Madison and Columbus. Caller stated that there is a person fully wrapped in a blanket, cannot tell if they are breathing or not, on the sidewalk. Did see them move, but they are unable to describe them at all. They're just going to be laying on the ground at 1821.
