Central 70 is in the area of South Water Street and 14th. South Water Street and 14th, our caller's reporting an elderly female in a white SUV, possibly a Subaru, swerving and hitting curbs. Vehicle was in the grass in front of the McLaren building, and they were talking to two teens, plate, 2Robert00Sam, 2Robert00Sam. Female was last seen leaving, driving through the parking lot here on the corner of Water and 14th, 1922.
