Could be 2 faults honestly. Many drivers don't pay attention. But the kids in the complex have been running wild in the roads. Literally will pop in and out between cars. The parents don't pay attention and the kids are young.
I feel bad for the child and the driver. The drivers speed but absolutely those kids play in the streets near the corners and they are almost never supervised. I've seen several near misses here in the past.
Absolutely agree. I see the same. I guarantee I know it was one of 4 kids.
Drive that corner, as the posted speed, and aware of your surroundings not distracted- you’d have plenty of time if a 2 yr old came running though in a fast furry away from its parents fingertips away.
